I use a scheduling system called Vagaro. It’s helpful to understand that your Vagaro account can be used to schedule and manage appointments with other businesses that use the same software.
To get yourself set up to schedule your fitness appointments the following guides will be helpful.
If you plan to do most of your class booking via your phone this will be the best option.
Download the Vagaro App – for Customers of a Vagaro Business
Create a Vagaro Account – for Customers of a Vagaro Business
After you create an account you’ll want to search for Dauntless Grace.
There are five areas on the Vagaro phone app: Home, Appointments, Search, Notifications and Profile.
The only important ones are Profile and Appointments.
This looks slightly different on the computer/web version. On the web version you will need to click the little dot in the upper right hand corner and then you’ll see your account.
The important areas on this page are titled Appointments, Packages and Memberships, and also Bookmarks once you’ve bookmarked Dauntless Grace.

Table of Contents
How to see your Upcoming Appointments:
All Classes and Services that you’ve scheduled can be view by navigating to the Calendar screen. Please check this screen to see what you have booked and whether you have successfully booked a Class or Service.
Appointments are listed in chronological order, with the soonest first.
You will also get a reminder notification 24 hours before the class start time.

How to Schedule a Class:
Navigate to the Dauntless Grace business page by either viewing your upcoming classes and clicking on the logo:

Or by navigating to your Profile, clicking on Bookmarks, and then clicking on the logo (not on the Book button).

This will take you to the business page where you can select the class (or service) that you like.

To book multiple sessions at once:
Follow the steps above and select a class. At the next screen, leave “Number of Attendees” at 1 and change “Number of Sessions to the number of sessions that you would like to book at once.

Depending on how I scheduled the class you may have the option to book multiple days of the week, but it’s probably simplest to book all Wednesdays, and then go back and book all Fridays.

On the next screen you’ll see the list of Classes that you’re booking. You’ll notice that some classes say , “Membership Applied” and others say, “Deposit Waived”. Either way you are using your membership to book. The different language reflects whether the appoint is within the current billing cycle or in the next billing cycle.
Click Continue and you’ll see the success screen.

You may end up seeing something that looks like an error message. This is just telling you that one or more of the classes can’t be booked for some reason.
Click Continue anyway to book the rest of the classes.

How to check the Balance of your Package or Membership:
Click the button that says “Balance” to see how many of which type of visit you have remaining.

How to Reschedule a Class:
Navigate to the Upcoming Appointments area.
Scroll down until you see the class you want to reschedule.
Click on reschedule. You will be allowed to reschedule up to 8 hours before the class start time. After that time you will not be allowed to reschedule and will loose the class. Please, still let me know if you’re not coming.
On the next screen select the class that you want.
Then for some reason you have to click Continue, and then Buy Now. (I guess they want to make sure that you’re really sure about this.) Then you’ll get a success message.

How to Schedule a Member Check-in Session:
Navigate to Services the same way you would navigate to Classes. Scroll through the Services until you see Member Check-in Session.
Select the date and time you want and make sure Use Membership/Pacakge Visit is highlighted as the payment method.
